On yer bike, mate

Again we woke to sunshine. Perhaps the weather is breaking? We know that the UK has another heatwave forecast for their bank holiday, so maybe we'll get some of that?

This location was very close to the impact point of a meteorite so we headed to the Lockne Meteorite Museum. It was closed, the last open day being yesterday! However, they still had a few displays outside.

A wall of minerals, crystals, fossils and various rocks.

Here you go - you figure it out! (Hint: I'm pretty sure Hitta Oss means hit here)

The roads had a funny yellow and pink stripe going on

J is determined to see a moose/elk as she has already bought the sticker. As we are running out of chances we headed for a zoo that has them. It turns out Jaervsoe also has a renowned bike park, (which in winter is a ski resort, hence the chairlifts) and since the zoo was closed for the day we  wandered over to the nearby hotel. It has a kids downhill track and a bike escalator outside so we sat on the terrace and watched. It was amazing how confident some of these kids were. One in particular wasn't even on a pedal bike he was so small but he was up and down no problem. DKNJ would love it here.

Action boy

Mum being a third-wheel

First beer in quite some time as Norwegian beer was horrendously expensive

No bike? No problem!

Just look how little this tike was
