Crossing a line

After a couple more hours chatting with Vodafone we moved on. North again as it was time to cross the border. En route  were many booze megastores as it's very expensive in the Scandi countries. There must be a sugar tax as well, as there were aisles and aisles of sweets in the stores as well. Nothing else, as we discovered when we went looking for staples.

Then we had to face the border formalities.

There: Done.

One nice thing across the border was that the roads were a little bit wider. It was lovely driving apart from the wind.

We stayed in a place called Mogeltonder, a biscuit-tin village built around a castle given to a hero of the Danish-Prussian wars of the mid 17th C.

That tree looked in danger of falling over,  so I leaned on it a while. It's fine now.

These one's were fine.

Just the gatehouse. The castle's understandably a little bigger.

We started as the only MH there. It was so quiet we thought it might not be a stopping place any longer, but by 6 pm there were 6 vans in the park.
