Urgh - that was horrid. Sleeping on the ferry proved impossible so we were both rather tired...
We parked on the Newhaven waterfront which was basic but quiet and secure enough. Caught up some of the sleep, but not all.
Newhaven needs renaming - Deadhaven would be more accurate. It's all a little rundown. Perhaps the monstrous supermarkets on the outskirts can take some of the blame for that.
Maybe the holiday can too though. Our planned dinner at the pub fell through as the kitchen closed to celebrate the Coronation.
