Up early to get Reggie to the garage.
We left them to sort everything else and bused into Brighton.
A vibrant city - perhaps where all Newhaven's life went?
A nice bit of 19C architecture, but 21C incompetence meant 4 of 5 cubicles were out of order in the mens |
A phone box that works, though we have no one to call |
Of course we had no plan so just wandered. The Pavilion of course, (shown above) and along the beach.
The Lanes. Narrow alleyways with a large number of jewellers |
Selfie! |
Sun bathing. Sandcastle building was unsuccessful |
A rock band (Ol'Times) on the rock beach playing some good old 70's rock with a hint of RHCP |
Preparing to steal some chips |
Enough of that: I know you are desperate to know how Reggie got on...
$1200 odd later we have a MoT and are registered. Still no insurance, but that will hopefully happen tomorrow.
We have also picked up and installed a new inverter. I'll still try to get the old one repaired though.
So, things are starting to fall into place at last.
