We found our overnight spot in yet another marina, this one with a view of the Oresund bridge,then got the bikes out and pedalled (or in J's case powered) into town.
Not a German one, but a bunker all the same. Not surprisingly they line the beaches along this stretch of coast. The German's didn't have a habit of respecting neutrality back then.
The 'Twisted Tower' is a Malmo landmark. Interesting architecture.
A bathing resort
Malmo castle. The lighter coloured patches are all that remain of the first castle. As seems to be the usual it was a prison for a time.
Art deco? Art nouveau? Arty anyway. This was opposite a shop dedicated to liquorice in which we ignored every new and original piece of liquorice and bought RJs Chocolate Liquorice Logs which we could have got anywhere in the UK.
We've seen a couple Order of the Oddfellows buildings in Sweden.
